Nicolas Bodiford (Nick)
Nick joined us from the United States, bringing with him experience in customer service. In 2018, he began a new chapter, dedicating himself to supporting clients during their recovery treatment. His approachable nature and keen understanding of clients’ needs have made him highly valued by both clients and colleagues. Nick’s personal journey of overcoming addiction equips him with the unique ability to motivate clients, assist them in setting realistic goals, and provide an objective perspective throughout their stay at Viva.

Kittisak Suriyot (Moo-ham)
Moo-ham is a warm, friendly, and humorous client support professional who easily connects with everyone he meets. With a strong background in client care, particularly in rehab settings, Moo-ham brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to his role. His experience working closely with clients and healthcare professionals ensures that each individual receives the personalised support they need on their recovery journey.

Jakkrid Loetchutinat (Tae)
Tae brings a strong background in clinical psychology to our team. With experience as a clinical psychologist, Tae has honed his skills in empathetic communication and client support. His compassionate nature and ability to maintain positive relationships make him a valuable asset in supporting individuals through their mental health journeys. Currently pursuing his MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology at the University of Southampton, Tae combines academic knowledge with practical experience to provide comprehensive support to those in need.

Bas has over four years of experience in client support, with a particular focus on helping individuals in rehab settings. Bas is dedicated to not only addressing the immediate needs of clients but also encouraging them to maintain a balanced lifestyle that enhances their overall well-being.

Natwara Thaewsuwan (Mai)
Mai is a licensed nurse with over three years of clinical experience, specialising in patient care for those requiring medication, surgery, and emergency treatments. She has a proven track record in managing acute illnesses and trauma cases, offering vital support during critical situations. Her background includes working in emergency room settings, where she provided health education, mental support, and comprehensive care to patients and their families.
